iW Function Flow. Personalise the end user experience on your Canon multifunctional device with pre-registered buttons. Configure your buttons for your particular job. For example you might have one job where you need to generate a pre-defined number of hard copies to your head of departments (ie. accounts, sales, human resources) and also send a pre-defined number of electronic files to your board of directors or their P.A's. With iW Function Flow you can achieve this with just one touch of a button.
Compact PDF. Reduce the size of even the largest paper documents when you convert them to an electronic data file allowing you to keep network traffic down to a minimum.
Searchable PDF. Easily find key words and data in scanned and distributed documents thanks to the comprehensive OCR engine within the Searchable PDF capability of iW360.
iW Document Manager (iWDM). Entry level document management for project teams, workgroups and departments. With iW Document Manager your teams can simplify the processes of document capture, document management and document distribution. A familiar and easy to use Windows Explorer style interface makes the management of your mission critical data a breeze!
iW Publishing Manager (iWPM). Rapidly and easily compile complex electronic data files together into one easily manageable and printable document. Drag and drop or cut and paste files of differing types - such as Microsoft Word Documents, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Project Gantt Charts into one single document which can then be either printed as a booklet, stapled, offset or duplexed as if it were one file. Then, easily distribute or archive the file by saving it as either a standard PDF or a .iwpm file allowing you to add or delete pages in the future.
