uniFLOW can be tailored to your businesses individual requirements. It is both modular and highly configurable and can be adapted very quickly to fit into the mold of your business process and print workflow.

uniFLOW offers you the following comprehensive services to help you get right on top of your network printing costs...

Job Accounting and Cost Recovery. Accurately bill your clients for copying and printing allowing to recover all your document management costs.

Secure Printing. Cut down on your desktop printers by implementing the advanced secure printing features of uniFLOW Output Manager. This will cut down on waste paper and could help your business reduce it's carbon footprint.

Easy to Read and Understand Reports. Reports detailing your printing output and costs allow you to identify workflow patterns that are costing your business dear. Not only can these reports be fully automated they can also be fully customised to fit into your corporate identity.

Job Routing. Large print jobs when sent to the wrong device can cost your business hundreds, possibly even thousands of pounds per annum. With Job Routing you can automatically redirect those large print jobs to devices tailor made for large output thus saving you money.

All the above features are part of the base class libraries of uniFLOW Output Manager. To view the optional output modules please see the list to the left...

Optional Output Modules

Failover Solution. Sometimes devices are down. Sometimes it's planned for preventative maintenance but sometimes it isn't. If a print job is sent to a device that happens to be down then uniFLOW Output Manager will re-route the job to another device and informs the user via a MessageBox notification popup.

Desktop Accounting. This output module extends the functionality and reach of uniFLOW Output Manager to locally connected devices such as printers connected via USB or Parallel. Queues configured through a Windows Server print server are still monitored in exactly the same way.

Server Clustering. With this module your organisation will be able to deploy uniFLOW Output Manager on a clustered Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 environment.

Remote Print Server. With this module your organisation will be able to keep tabs on print traffic on multiple print server in the same or in multiple locations. Print traffic is then sent back to the main central database for a full company wide representation of print usage. You can tailor your reports - included in the base class libraries - to provide you with this complete overview.

Load Balancing. With this module uniFLOW Output Manager can place restrictions on any of your networked printers. Large print jobs can automatically be routed to the most cost efficient Canon device and once again the user will recieve a MessageBox notification popup informing him or her that their job has printed on a certain device and indeed the reason for the divert.

Secure Printing. Secure Printing provides your users with a quick and easy method to control the printing of sensitive data. Sometimes you may not want everyone to be able to pick up your newly printed document and browse through it. Sometimes your print documents will contain information that is for your eyes only for only mean't to be read by your superiors. With this module sensitive data is stored on a virtual queue on the print server and can only be retrieved at the printing device by means of a chosen authentication method. Once the user has authenticated using the chosen method of identification only then will the document be printed.

This method of Secure Print within uniFLOW Output Manager differs from device-centric methods in that the print job is stored centrally within a virtual queue meaning that your users can output their data at whichever Canon MEAP device is most appropriate to them provided they have successfully authenticated using one of the following identification methods.

Job Ticketing. With this module your users can complete an on-screen menu related to their print job providing the workforce in the print room with clear, concise instructions.
